Organizing Companies
The company EASYPARA, a simplified joint-stock company (S.A.S.) registered with the Trade and Companies Register (RCS) under number 499 531 457, with its registered office located at 47-49 Promenade Corniglion Molinier, 47 BD René Cassin, 06200 Nice, France, and the company Pohésia, registered under SIREN number 903 287 662 with the Nice RCS, with its registered office located at 70 Corniche Fleurie, Bloc B, 06200 Nice, France, hereinafter collectively referred to as "the Organizing Companies," are organizing a free prize draw with no obligation to purchase entitled "[Pohésia x Easypara Prize Draw]," from 14/09/2026 to 21/09/2026 inclusive (mainland Paris time).
Participation Terms
To participate, the participant must go to the form available right here, fill it out (last name, first name, email address), and validate their entry. Participation in the game is not subject to any purchase or consent for commercial prospecting purposes.
This game is reserved for adults.
Personal Data Protection
Participants' data collected via this form is processed jointly by EASYPARA (S.A.S. registered with the RCS under number 499 531 457, with its registered office located at 47-49 Promenade Corniglion Molinier, 47 BD René Cassin, 06200 Nice, France) and Pohésia (Pohésia, registered under SIREN 903 287 662 with the Nice RCS, with its registered office located at 70 Corniche Fleurie, Bloc B, 06200 Nice, France) acting as joint controllers for the organization of the Pohésia x Easypara prize draw.
Purposes and Legal Bases
(i) Management of participation in the game, designation of winners, and delivery of prizes, execution of pre-contractual measures / contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR); (ii) subject to consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR and Art. L.34-5 of the French Post and Electronic Communications Code), sending of commercial offers by Easypara and/or Pohésia, each on its own behalf; (iii) subject to consent, audience measurement of electronic communications via tracking pixels (Art. 82 of Law No. 78-17).
Recipients
The authorized departments of Easypara and Pohésia, as well as their subcontractors (hosting, email routing, game service provider).
The entry form is hosted by Google. As such, some data may be transferred to countries located outside the European Union, particularly the United States. These transfers are governed by the European Commission's adequacy decision of July 10, 2023, regarding the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and, where applicable, by the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission (Art. 46 GDPR). Retention Periods
Participation data: duration of the game plus 1 month for the purpose of providing proof of prize delivery; prospecting data: three years from the last contact from the participant; winners' supporting documents: applicable limitation periods, in intermediate archiving.
Your Rights
You have a right of access, rectification, and erasure of your data, a right to restriction of processing, a right to the portability of the data you have provided to us, as well as a right to object, particularly to commercial prospecting, which you may exercise at any time and without reason. Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time, particularly via the unsubscribe links present in each email, without this withdrawal affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out before it. You may also define directives regarding the fate of your data after your death (Art. 85 of Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978).
