Under normal conditions, orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of the order date (this time may be extended in the event of heavy demand or events outside La Marque's control). They are then delivered within 3 to 5 working days for metropolitan France and 4 to 7 working days for international deliveries. These times are indicative and depend on our transport partners.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, a tracking number will be provided to allow you to follow the delivery.

Pohesia will not be liable for the exceedance of this deadline or for a cancellation of a contract or any compensation for damages 

Beyond a period of 30 days from the date of the order, Pohesia will proceed to reimbursement by bank transfer of the undelivered goods.
The products ordered are delivered to the address specified by the customer when ordering. As such, Pohesia is not able to guarantee a precise time of delivery.

No change of address, items or other information is allowed after your payment has been confirmed. Please check your billing and delivery information carefully.

In case of an error made when entering the delivery address, Pohesia can not be held responsible for the non-delivery of the order.
Pohesia can not be held responsible for delays in delivery due exclusively to unavailability of the customer after several proposals for appointment.

Beyond a period of 30 days from the date of the order, the customer can not claim a package not received.

The transfer of risk occurs when the order is delivered. Pohesia can not be held liable for damages of external origin or consecutive to misuse, non-compliant use, negligence or lack of maintenance by the customer, as in case of normal wear and tear of the product.
Pohesia can not be held liable for breach of contract due to force majeure, including, but not limited to, war, riot, insurrection, interruption of transport, import problems, strike, pandemic, shortage, fire, earthquake, storm, flood.

Some important information regarding delivery to overseas departments and territories (DOM-TOM) and countries outside Europe:

• Your order may be subject to local customs duties by the customs services of the territory.
• You will be required to pay these taxes and customs clearance fees directly to customs and the carrier.

Any claims for an order will be impossible beyond 30 days from the date of invoicing.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

General Conditions:
You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return.

Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition.

Available Return Options:

  • Exchange: for the same item or another product of your choice

  • Refund: to your original payment method

  • Store Credit: valid indefinitely on our website

Return Fees:

  • Defective items: Free return

  • Other cases:

    • France: €4.50 will be deducted from the refunded amount

    • Other countries: €6.50 will be deducted

    • For exchanges, no return fees will apply

Important Information:

  • If your order included free items, you must return them for the return to be valid

  • In case of a refund request, the final refund amount may vary depending on ongoing promotions

If the return involves an item purchased as part of a bundle promotion (e.g. 3+1 free or 20% off when buying 2 items), the entire bundle must be returned for a full refund.
However, if only part of the order is returned, the retained items will be considered at their full, non-discounted price as listed on the website.

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • Any item returned more than 15 days after delivery

  • Any return that does not include identifying details of the order or sender (Full name, order number)

  • Any item purchased as part of a bundle promotion that is returned individually without the complete bundle.

 

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision regarding the acceptation of the refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 working days.


 

DELAYED OR MISSING REFUNDS(if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Next, contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
