ARTICLE 12 - ORDERS, CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
Anyone wishing to place an order on the Pohesia website must be at least 18 years old at the time of placing the order. To place an order, the Customer must provide their information and undertake to do so fully and in good faith. They acknowledge that the data they provide to Pohesia is accurate and constitutes proof of their identity. If they choose to finalize their order, the Customer must decide on the delivery method, payment method, as well as delivery and billing addresses. An order summary will then be presented to them before the Customer definitively confirms their order.
The payment of the order by the Customer signifies that the order is firm and final. The order cannot be canceled after validation by the Customer.

Some important information regarding delivery to overseas departments and territories (DOM-TOM) and countries outside Europe:
• Your order may be subject to local customs duties by the customs services of the territory.
• You will be required to pay these taxes and customs clearance fees directly to customs and the carrier.
Any claims for an order will be impossible beyond 30 days from the date of invoicing.
DELIVERY
Under normal conditions, orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of the order date (this time may be extended in the event of heavy demand or events outside La Marque's control). They are then delivered within 3 to 5 working days for metropolitan France and 4 to 7 working days for international deliveries. These times are indicative and depend on our transport partners.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, a tracking number will be provided to allow you to follow the delivery.
Pohesia will not be liable for the exceedance of this deadline or for a cancellation of a contract or any compensation for damages
Beyond a period of 30 days from the date of the order, Pohesia will proceed to reimbursement by bank transfer of the undelivered goods.
The products ordered are delivered to the address specified by the customer when ordering. As such, Pohesia is not able to guarantee a precise time of delivery.
No change of address, items or other information is allowed after your payment has been confirmed. Please check your billing and delivery information carefully.
In case of an error made when entering the delivery address, Pohesia can not be held responsible for the non-delivery of the order.
Pohesia can not be held responsible for delays in delivery due exclusively to unavailability of the customer after several proposals for appointment.
Beyond a period of 30 days from the date of the order, the customer can not claim a package not received.
The transfer of risk occurs when the order is delivered. Pohesia can not be held liable for damages of external origin or consecutive to misuse, non-compliant use, negligence or lack of maintenance by the customer, as in case of normal wear and tear of the product.
Pohesia can not be held liable for breach of contract due to force majeure, including, but not limited to, war, riot, insurrection, interruption of transport, import problems, strike, pandemic, shortage, fire, earthquake, storm, flood.

RETURNS
Our return policy lasts 15 days for eligible products. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and returned in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If the return is for an item purchased under a batch promotion (e.g. 3+1 free), the whole batch must be returned to receive a full refund.
To make a return, you must present us with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds cannot be given in the following situations:
- Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or that is missing parts for reasons that are not due to an error on our part,
- Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery,
- Any return that does not contain any element that allows the identification of the order concerned or the sender (first and last name, order number),
- Any item purchased under a bundle promotion and returned alone, without the full bundle.
SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping costs will be deducted from it.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your returned product may vary.
If you are shipping an item worth more than 10 €, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchasing a delivery insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the item you are returning.
Pohesia cannot be held responsible for any damage or loss to a return for refund by post. In this case, please get back to the company that transports the returned product.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an email to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision regarding the acceptation of the refund request.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 working days.
DELAYED OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again first.
Next, contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time required before a refund is posted.

Azyk Sales and the Pohesia brand, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers and licensors shall in no event be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, revenue, savings, data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising out of your use of any service or product from the Service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the Service or any product, including but not limited to any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the Service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service, even if you have been advised of the possibility of their occurrence.
