Our jewelry
Are the jewels waterproof?
Our jewelry is made of S925 Silver and plated with 18-carat fine gold. They are therefore of good quality with a low risk of oxidation, and occasional contact with clear water will not damage your jewelry.
Nevertheless, we advise you to avoid contact with chemical products in order to preserve the beautiful color and shine of your jewelry for a "very" long time.
Are the jewels sold individually or as a pair?
Depending on the model, the jewelry is offered either individually or as a pair.
You have 3 indicators to help you choose:
- The name of the earring in the singular or plural
- One or two pieces of jewelry in the product photo
- In the description, it states "sold individually" or "sold as a pair."
P.S. Please note that mismatched earrings are very trendy, so this might be an opportunity for you to try out this trend.

Has my order been processed?

How do I get my invoice?

When will I be charged after confirming my order?
Your bank account is debited as soon as the order is placed and payment is validated.

Where is my order shipping from?
We ship worldwide from Paris.
Do you deliver to the French overseas territories?
Yes, we deliver to French overseas departments and territories. Our average delivery times are between 4 to 7 business days.
We ship from Paris to all countries worldwide. Orders are dispatched within 24 business hours.

How can I track my order's delivery?
As soon as your order is shipped, an email will be sent to you containing your package's tracking number.
How do I correct an error in my shipping address?
We invite you to contact us as soon as possible by e-mail at the following address: contact@pohesia.com. To ensure the fastest possible delivery, your order is processed very quickly. Address changes will only be possible for one hour after the order is placed.
My package seems to be lost. What should I do?
If you notice that your package's status has not changed for a long time, please contact us by email at the following address: contact@pohesia.com. Don't worry, we will do what is necessary to locate your package with our carrier and offer you a solution that does not penalize you.
What delivery methods do you offer?
Your package will be shipped within 24 business hours.
Delivery then takes between 1 and 4 business days for metropolitan France and between 4 and 10 business days for the rest of the world.

How much is the delivery charge?
Shipping costs vary depending on the country of destination and the delivery method. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed on product pages and at checkout, just before the payment stage.
Depending on the time of year, we frequently offer free standard delivery for purchases over a certain amount.
Returns & refunds
What is your return policy?
The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date of package delivery.
To return items to us, please contact us by e-mail at: contact@pohesia.com. The return request must be made within 30 days of the package delivery. The return will not be accepted if the model is unfit for sale (damaged, used...). Items must be returned in their original packaging. Otherwise, the items will be returned to you at your expense.
What is the refund period?
Once we have received and inspected the returned items, we will notify you of our decision regarding the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days.
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again first.
Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing delay before a refund is posted.
